Collaborative Health Initiative for Spanish and Multicultural Education (CHISME)

We are delighted to present CHISME, an online Spanish presentation series meticulously crafted by trainees for trainees. Its overarching objective is to cultivate and enhance clinical language competency among Spanish-speaking trainees and early-career neuropsychologists.

Each CHISME webinar is carefully curated to provide a comprehensive learning experience. It begins with a concise yet informative didactic presentation on a relevant topic, followed by a formal case presentation. This presentation serves as a platform for an in-depth analysis and interactive discussion with the esteemed presenter. To further reinforce and practice the specialized terminology related to the presented cases, optional breakout rooms are made available.

CHISME offers you an opportunity to refine your skills, broaden your knowledge, and elevate your ability to effectively communicate and provide exceptional care to Spanish-speaking individuals. Moreover, it offers a unique space to connect with like-minded trainees, fostering a supportive community of professionals dedicated to advancing their clinical language proficiency.
